Notes:

 

* All reservations must be made 12 hours in advance of your pick up time to book online; if you are making a reservation less than 12 hours in advance, please call to make sure we have availability.

 

* All accepted reservations will be confirmed via email. If you have not received email confirmation it means your reservation has not been accepted and is not valid. Please check you spam folder as well.

 

* Meeting your driver at PDX: If you haven’t requested a meet and greet at baggage claim To Meet Your driver at PDX  please go to baggage claim area and retrieve your luggage, after you have received your luggage please go to island 3 same level as the baggage claim across the exit doors next to taxi line (Outside of baggage claim) and look for your name on the car.

 

 

Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:

 

* AIRPORT PICKUP: Additional charges will apply for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 30 minutes after a flight lands. After 30 minutes there is a $2.50 charge for every minute of waiting time. Please call office if you can`t find your driver. If contact is not made to our office within 45 minutes after the flight lands a no-show fee of the full rate will apply. To avoid a NO SHOW fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance 503-530-9199.

 

 

 

* EXTRA STOPS/WAIT TIME: Includes all airport transportation, Flat Rates and Point to Point transfers. Extra stops are a minimum charge of $25.00 Depending on mileage, time and vehicle. Non Airport transfers will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged starting from the scheduled pickup time. $2.50 per minute with sedan $3.00 with SUV $3 with Mercedes S class and $4 with 14 passengers van. Minimum $25extra Charge will apply for pick up and drop off between 9 PM and 6 AM.

 

* DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Client and renter are responsible for his/her guest and for any and all damage to the interior, exterior or equipment on the vehicle. This is including vomit, Cleaning, repair, and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $195.00.   All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, driver, vehicle, or any other person or property in risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation. American Town Car reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger.  In the event of early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded.  We will charge the card in file for damages after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved. Cleaning and details the car will be done by American Town Car we can’t provide receipt. 

 

 

* PERSONAL ITEMS: we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the transfers period. Please contact us at 503-530-9199 if you think you have left something behind, and we will do our best to search for your item. 

 

* Substitution Policy:  Company reserves the right to upgrade client to a different vehicle without notice. Please ask for special accommodation at the time of reservation, if specific vehicle type is required.

 

* RESPONSIBILITY: American Town Car shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, incorrect pickup or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions).

 

* Pets: All pets need to be in a carrier or minimum charge of $295 will apply for cleaning and details the car.

Cleaning and details the car will be done by American Town Car we can’t provide receipts. 

 

 

* Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and Alcohol are NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. Munimum fee of 2000.00 will be charged, as well as 2000.00  minimum per carpet or seat burn.

 

* RATE: All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. All booking are due in the full amount at the time of booking.

 

* CANCELLATION: In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation. You [client] agree to cancel reservations at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time for point to point reservations up to 2 hours jobs (If the job takes more than 2 hours we need 48 hours notice), 48 hours for hourly, and 7 days with any job with 14 passengers van reservations ; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. Apply to reservations made within our cancellation policy for each cars.
